The mission of 'Thriving Bulgaria' Foundation is to introduce the public to the practical tools of positive psychology and the most modern techniques and methods for dealing with stress and optimizing energy. We motivate people to build positive habits that will allow them to achieve balance between work and personal life on an energetic, emotional, mental, and physical level.We believe that lasting well-being stems from practical action and intentional habits. Our activities are designed to empower individuals and communities with the tools and knowledge needed to thrive on all levels—energetic, emotional, mental, and physical. By combining the science of positive psychology with modern stress-management techniques, we aim to inspire transformative change.
